I'm a few days late with my post, but hopefully Harrison is cute enough to make up for it.
Here he is, sporting his new Easter outfit. I wanted cute pictures outside in the grass, and this was the best I could get. Hmph. Harrison HATED the grass on his bare feet and would NOT look at me. He just wanted off that grass.
We had to settle for indoor pictures.
The Easter bunny brought Harrison some cars and new sippy cups (hooray!! all kids like practical gifts, right?), all in a cool camo "basket" (we all know Harrison can rock the camo). Thanks to Auntie Rachel for taking the good pictures. Someday I'm going to get a better camera...
Easter dinner was excellent at our house! We had Rachel, Eric, Katie, Brandon, and Tyler over, and we were suppose to have Jenny, Ryan, Caden and Colby too, but they were sick! We missed you guys! Here we are Skyping with the Virginia Wrides. Harrison was too busy watching Signing Time to pay attention to anything else going on in the room...
Happy Easter everyone!!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Because there is Greenberg blood in me, and it's just what Greenberg's do, we of course had an all GREEN St. Patrick's Day! I LOVED our green dinners when I was little. Everything that could possibly be dyed got turned green- the lemonade, the ranch, the mashed potatoes... How fun!
To start our day off, we had green mini blueberry muffins. Peter laughed because I felt the need to make them green, but Harrison loved them! He ate five of them - for such a little boy, that's a lot of muffins! I guess green is good.
We had Rachel and Eric over for dinner. Our spread was, of course, totally green and totally delicious. We started with guacamole and chips, then had cheesy chicken bread bowl soup, spinach, and green lemonade. I should have made Harrison's cheerios green too... That might have been pushing it though, eh?
Harrison loved his green soup! I think he ate more than Rachel... And of course, made lots of good faces while doing so.
Everyone dressed in green! (man... we are geeks)
Don't forget dessert! Green banana pudding. Mmmmmmm....
Happy St. Patrick's Day!!

Our little puppy...
Harrison has discovered that he can move toys around the room by simply placing them in his mouth. Example: Here he is with his favorite duck (seriously, you have no idea how much he loves that rubber ducky... we take it everywhere). Sitting, crawling, and yes even standing, all done with a duck in the mouth. Hands are for crawling and pulling up on the furniture. There's no time to waste holding your toys.

A sunnny day!!!
The sun came out, making a rare appearance here in Utah. Don't know where it came from, and it certainly didn't last long (now it's freezing again), but we took advantage and got outside! What outdoor adventure could be more exciting than...
Checking the mail!!
I know... we are really boring over here. Harrison got in some good walking practice and watched all the kids on the playground (notice he's not looking at me - they were more exciting).
Here's a "Hi, Mom!"
We walked all the way to our mailbox and back before Harrison gave me this look, which I'm pretty sure translates to, "Stop taking my picture or pay the price!!" Yikes, sorry buddy. (click the image to see that scowl a little larger :)
Luckily we were home and the crisis was averted.

9 Months... Oops, I mean 10...
Dang. I am way behind on posting these pictures. Here is Harrison at nine months:

This one is my very favorite. They wanted to get a picture of him holding my hands, but he wanted nothing to do with that. He kept pulling his hands away and was starting to get mad so I let go -

It was the first time he stood up all by himself (totally steady) and he hasn't stop trying since. Now all he wants to do is stand up and cruise around. I think we'll have ourselves a walking baby soon...
Fast forward one month - here is Harrison at 10 months old. You have no idea how hard it was to get these pictures... He did NOT want to sit still or look at me. You can tell he's trying to slide off the couch and go play with his toys. Still, even trying to escape, he is as darling as ever.
